Starts Friday -  Mizuno Classic, Kintetsu Kashikojima Country Club,  Shima-shi, Mie, Japan

Last year this tournament was won by Jiyai Shin, her Winning Scores were 68-66-67=201 (-15). Jiyai Shin defeated Mayu Hattori by six strokes.

Indeed, this was Jiyai’s second career win:

*, Mizuno Classic*, ADT Championship*. (* All three of Jiyai’s 2008 victories were before she officially joined the LPGA Tour. Of course, my first question was, “Did she get paid?” Yes, she made $1,682,976.” 

 

2009 HSBC Women’sChampions, Wegmans LPGA, P&G Beauty NW Arkansas Championship Presented by John Q. Hammons. This year Jiyai has earned $1,664,395.

It will be fun to see who will rise to the top this year.
